RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS
You are legally required to have a fire risk assessment if you run a business with at least five employees or you own a licensed premises. You are also required to have a Fire Risk Assessment if you own a residential block of flats, Airbnb or HMO property.
At London Fire Associates we will provide a fully qualified and accredited London Fire Risk Assessor to personally walk around your premises, whether it be an office, warehouse, school or residential building to carry out a bespoke fire risk assessment.
FIRE SAFETY AND FIRE MARSHAL / FIRE WARDEN TRAINING COURSES
Since the introduction of The Regulatory Reform (Fire safety) Order 2005, businesses now have a legal obligation to ensure their staff have suitable and comprehensive fire safety training.
We understand the importance of proper fire safety training for all staff. All of our fire marshal trainers are experts in their field, with full accreditation and a minimum of 20 years experience working within The London Fire Brigade. We also offer fully online fire safety training courses.
